How much does coffee catering cost in San Francisco?

How many guests can you serve?
We can serve from intimate groups of 20 up to 500+ guests with multiple carts and baristas.
Do you offer dairy-free and vegan options?
Yes! We provide oat and whole milk with all packages plus vegan-friendly syrups.
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Absolutely. We arrive early to set up and handle full teardown after your event.
Do you travel outside San Francisco?
Yes, we cater throughout the Bay Area. Travel fees may apply for events outside SF. If you are outside of the Bay Area, please contact us anyway - we're happy to travel!
What do you need from the venue to set up the coffee cart?
All we need is ADA access so we can wheel our carts in and access to standard power outlets (if no power is available we can bring a generator for an added cost) and a small service area (roughly 6' x 6'); we bring the rest
Do you need running water?
Nope — our carts are fully self-contained with water tanks.
Whats your cancellation policy?
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the full deposit.
- Rescheduling (with at least 72 hours’ notice) can be applied to a new date at no extra charge.
