Absolutely. We arrive early to set up and handle full teardown after your event.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the full deposit.
  • Rescheduling (with at least 72 hours’ notice) can be applied to a new date at no extra charge.

Yes, we cater throughout the Bay Area. Travel fees may apply for events outside SF. If you are outside of the Bay Area, please contact us anyway - we're happy to travel!

All we need is ADA access so we can wheel our carts in and access to standard power outlets and a small service area (roughly 6' x 6'); we bring the rest

Nope — our carts are fully self-contained with water tanks.

Typically 45–60 minutes (for set up and tear down) depending on the package.

One barista can typically serve 60 drinks per hour. We'll make sure you're covered no matter how many guests are attending!
